In his free time, Ben enjoys being with his wife and four children at his home in Lebanon, TN.

Kelly joined Polston & Polston Construction Inc. in March 2024. She has 25 years of administration experience in mortgage lending, business ownership and public accounting. In her downtime she enjoys reading, thrifting and spending time with her family.

In 1981, at 20 years of age, Tim started “Tim’s Handyman” by knocking on doors and pointing out needed home repairs. Having found success there, it encouraged him in 1986 to form a full-service home repair company called “Better Home Maintenance,” in which he sought out homeowners of large, affluent homes in the Belle Meade, Green Hills, and Brentwood areas. This service provided reliable home repairs to his clients, 24 hours a day. This business gave Tim the experience of understanding how structures were built, and this experience would eventually lead him to a career in building homes and commercial buildings. All these years later, with literally hundreds of structures built, his role as a Developer and Builder is where he finds purpose and fulfillment. Tim serves Polston & Polston by charting the course for the company, soliciting projects, and working with our clients and investors in their design and functionality needs.
